Welcome to Aurora Stone Connection (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By visiting our website, registering for a class, or participating in any service, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they ensure that every interaction honors respect, safety, and the sovereignty of all involved.
Aurora Stone Connection provides holistic education, early childhood coaching, and healing services for families and individuals. Our offerings are designed to support emotional regulation, early learning, literacy, creativity, and overall wellbeing through connection, rhythm, and individualized care.
We serve as facilitators — not authorities — helping clients, parents, and children access their own inner wisdom, confidence, and curiosity. All participation is voluntary and guided by mutual respect and integrity.
Aurora Stone Connection offers:
Early childhood literacy and family coaching sessions
Parent and teacher mentorship
Early learning and developmental support for children
Energy, sound, and crystal healing sessions
Stone medicine and intuitive consultation services
All offerings are educational and supportive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, psychological, or legal treatment. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or guarantee specific outcomes.
If you or your child have specific medical or developmental needs, please consult with a licensed healthcare or therapeutic professional.
All participants — parents, caregivers, or adults — are responsible for:
Creating a safe and respectful learning environment during online sessions.
Supervising children at all times during sessions.
Using discernment in applying any strategies or guidance provided.
Seeking professional advice when appropriate for medical or developmental matters.
We honor each individual and family as sovereign beings capable of self-determination and choice. Participation affirms this shared understanding.
Aurora Stone Connection spaces are inclusive, child-affirming, and family-centered.
To maintain the integrity and safety of our learning and healing containers, we ask that all participants:
Treat others with kindness, patience, and respect.
Refrain from using discriminatory, inappropriate, or disruptive language or behavior.
Ensure children and family members are clothed and backgrounds are appropriate for shared online settings.
Respect the confidentiality of other participants and their families.
Participants who engage in disrespectful or harmful behavior may be removed from the session without refund, at the discretion of the facilitator.
Families are encouraged to log in early to test sound, video, and connection.
Please minimize background noise when possible.
Aurora Stone Connection is not responsible for technical difficulties that arise from internet or device issues on the participant’s end.
Some sessions may be recorded for educational or safety purposes. By attending, you consent to the possibility of being included in such recordings. Recordings are not shared publicly without consent. Participants may not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without written permission.
Payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellations or reschedules must be requested in writing to [email protected].
Families who provide at least 24 hours’ notice may reschedule within two weeks of the original session date.
Drop-in Circle Time families may reschedule by sending written notice up to 30 minutes before the class start time.
If Aurora Stone Connection cannot provide a reschedule within two weeks, a full refund will be issued.
No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for refunds or credits, except in extenuating circumstances at our discretion.
All transactions are processed securely. Session credits are non-transferable between families.
All content, including lesson materials, handouts, graphics, videos, and written resources, are the intellectual property of Aurora Stone Connection and are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, or share any materials without express written permission.
Aurora Stone Connection and its practitioners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in sessions or use of information provided. Clients and families agree to hold harmless Aurora Stone Connection and its representatives for any outcomes arising from participation, application of information, or personal decisions made following sessions.
Aurora Stone Connection reserves the right to:
Modify or cancel sessions for reasons of safety, scheduling, or integrity.
Decline service to any person whose behavior compromises the wellbeing of the group or facilitator.
Adjust fees and policies as needed to maintain energetic and ethical balance.
All actions and decisions are made with the intention of serving the good of all.
We respect your privacy and handle personal information with care. Your data will never be sold, shared, or used for any purpose beyond communication, scheduling, and relevant program updates. Please review our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States. By using our services or website, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of New Mexico courts for any disputes that may arise.
Aurora Stone Connection may update these Terms from time to time to reflect new offerings, best practices, or legal requirements. By continuing to engage with our services or website after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.
Our intention is that every session, interaction, and communication supports the wholeness and harmony of each person and family we serve. Participation affirms mutual respect, trust, and commitment to the good of all.
